How many hours is Uganda ahead of UK?

Ugandan time is always 2 or 3 hours ahead of UK time depending on the season. During winter, the UK follows Greenwich Mean Time with Uganda being 3 hours ahead while during summer, the UK follows British Summer Time with Uganda being 2 hours ahead. Uganda doesn't observe Daylight saving time and is always ahead of GMT/UTC.
