Itinerary Timeline
Journey to the West
Day 1: Kampala to Lake Bunyonyi
Transfer from Kampala/Entebbe to South Western Uganda. Stop at the Equator for photography and Mbarara for lunch. Arrive at Lake Bunyonyi in the evening to check into your lodge.
Island Exploration
Day 2: Full Day Excursion
A full day dedicated to the lake. Begin with a nature walk for bird watching, followed by a cultural visit to the Batwa community. Afternoon involves zip-lining and exploring the stories of the 29 islands via boat.
Return & City Tour
Day 3: Bunyonyi to Kampala/Entebbe
Morning departure back to Kampala. Upon arrival, take a brief tour of Kampala's monumental landmarks before transferring to Entebbe Airport for your flight.
